Hi, I’m Courtney Hart, a licensed clinical social worker with nearly fifteen years of experience in family mental health and a decade of experience in education and training.
The world is changing faster than the research can keep up with. Parents are overwhelmed. Providers are navigating things their training hasn’t prepared them for. And almost nobody is translating the infinite amount of information out there into something a real person can use.
That gap is where my work lives.
My path here wasn’t linear.
I worked in schools, hospitals, residential treatment, and outpatient mental health clinics before founding my private practice, Healing Hart Wellness, in 2018. There, I provide neurodiversity-affirming support for high-masking ADHDers and Autistic adolescents, adults, and families.
For nearly a decade, I’ve also been a yoga and mindfulness educator—founding a trauma-informed children's yoga teacher training school and logging nearly a thousand hours of training—which informs how I think about staying grounded when everything around us is accelerating.
